Once we import your menus into the NutriSource program, we are able to link them to your order guides and the USDA database. This allows us to provide you with a Nutrition Analysis detailing every nutrition value for all of the food you are serving (see below). We will also provide a Cost Analysis (shows the cost of every item and every meal on the menu). This is a great tool for budgeting purposes.

Production
NutriSource calculates the short and long term needs of your program; It calculates what food needs to be ordered for tomorrow, for next week, for the month, or any time period that is requested. By entering how many portions you need, the software will calculate your requirements. The system automatically creates a purchase order that can be faxed or electronically sent to the vendor.

Menu/Recipes
NutriSource contains thousands of menus and recipes available for our customers. We can provide you with a 4, 5 or 6 week menu cycle of different types such as low salt, ground, pureed, etc. The recipes contain easy instructions for preparing the food and can be divided into multiple portions depending on the size of the program. The recipe book provides HACCP instructions as well as nutrition information about the recipe. We can customize your recipes with any special instructions or ingredients.
